SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note: We do not ship our hire items, clothing and bags, and need these to be collected and returned to the boutique in person. Our store is located at 676a Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley, Western Australia. Free parking is available between our store and the Post Office. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

The following shipping information applies only to the accessories, jewellery and sunglasses for sale in our online store.

EXPRESS POST SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped to your specified address by Australia Post Express Post.

Please be aware that the above delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within the delivery times specified above. Delivery of your order may be delayed for any reason including but not limited to low or high volumes of orders, holidays and delays caused by COVID.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Once you have submitted your order, your order cannot be amended or cancelled.

Orders will only be processed and dispatched on days that are not weekends or public holidays in Western Australia.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We do not warrant, guarantee or represent that your order will be dispatched on the same day that, or within any particular time frame after, you have submitted your order and received an email confirming that your order has been received by us.

Once we have posted your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched (Shipping Confirmation). The Shipping Confirmation will contain information regarding your order, your specified delivery address and tracking information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, all tracking information will be provided to you via email, to the email address supplied with your order.

If you have not received any tracking information for your order within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will provide these for you.

LOST ORDERS

If your order has been lost then please contact us and we will follow it up for you.
